The reasons negotiations with Cross Fraser Partnership were unsuccessful; 2. The financial implications of terminating the existing procurement process; 3. The total costs incurred to date on project planning, design, procurement and early works; 4. The anticipated revised project budget; 5. The anticipated revised project completion date; 6. The impacts of the procurement restart on regional transportation, goods movement and economic development; 7. Recommendations to improve transparency and accountability for future major transportation infrastructure procurements; 8. Rationale as to why federal infrastructure grant funding was declined by the Province; and 9. Consideration of revisiting the design to a bridge.
