The Agentic Operator — Claude Code Course

Build a Claude Code System That Ships Real Software

Stop fighting one giant chat that drifts, edits the wrong files, and burns tokens. In 8 modules you’ll build your own multi-agent Claude Code system, ship a real tool with it, automate a business workflow, and package the skill into something you can sell.

Enrollment opens soon. Join the founding waitlist for the $199 founding price (first 50 seats) and first access.

Built by the operator behind Giuseppe Builds — agentic coding runs on real client sites here, and ships from it.

You’ve seen what Claude Code can do. Then you opened a real repo.

And it fell apart. Not because Claude is weak — because of the shape of the work.

By hour two it lost the plot — forgot your conventions, re-read the whole codebase every turn, and your token bill climbed.
It made the change you asked for and three you didn’t — the "helpful" off-scope edit that broke something else.
It confidently told you a test passed that you never saw run.
Every new session, you re-explained your standards from scratch.

That’s not a Claude problem. It’s a one-big-chat problem. A single context trying to be researcher, coder, reviewer, and shipper at once does all of them at 60%. The demos work because they’re tiny. Real codebases are not. The people shipping real things aren’t using a better prompt — they’re using a different shape of work.

The shift

Treat Claude Code like a team you manage, not an autocomplete.

One agent plans and delegates. A researcher reads the code in its own context and hands back only what matters. An implementer makes the smallest diff. A reviewer tears it apart against the plan. A shipper runs the tests, builds, and deploys — and only claims a pass it actually saw.

Each runs in its own context window, so the researcher’s huge sweep never bloats the implementer. That’s the token win and the quality win in one move. This course teaches you to build that system yourself — not download someone’s — wire the MCP servers that give it real capabilities, run it end-to-end without drift, and then turn the skill into income.

What’s inside

8 modules. Each ends with a real artifact you built.

Module 1

Foundations & the Mental Model

Stop one-big-chatting. Name why a single context fails and route any task to the right shape of work.

Artifact: The 5-agent team running in your own repo + a diagnosis of your last messy session.

Module 2

CLAUDE.md & Context Engineering

Project memory so agents read your standards instead of you re-typing them — plus semantic navigation that cuts token spend.

Artifact: A production CLAUDE.md + your measured before/after token report. (This module alone pays for the course.)

Module 3

MCP Servers: The Team’s Hands & Eyes

Install, wire, and trust the servers that let Claude navigate code, drive a browser, and hit real APIs — including the connection gotcha that breaks most setups.

Artifact: 3+ MCP servers connected and verified, one agent calling a live API.

Module 4

Subagents & Agent Teams

Design your own agents and assemble a team that runs a real task end-to-end without drift — the "agents managing agents" system, built by you.

Artifact: Your own team (core 5 + a specialist you wrote) completing a real multi-file task.

Module 5

Real Builds: Ship a Tool / Site

Ship a real piece of software with the team — a small AI tool or a real site — research → review → deploy.

Artifact: A deployed, working build with the run trace as proof.

Module 6

Automating a Real Business Workflow

Put one recurring workflow on a schedule so it runs without you — the bulk-content / GSC-automation transformation, applied to your business.

Artifact: A workflow running on a schedule, with logs and a report it produces unattended.

Module 7

Monetizing the Skill

Turn "I can do agentic builds" into billable throughput: package an offer, price it, and find clients with AI.

Artifact: A written, priced one-page offer + a list of qualified prospects you generated.

Module 8

Capstone: Ship a Real Multi-Agent System

Combine all of it into one system running on real work, and present it.

Artifact: A working multi-agent system + a 5-minute walkthrough. Founding cohort gets a live teardown.

Who this is for

  • Solo devs who want to ship more than they can hand-code, without the AI making a mess.
  • Agency owners who want to deliver builds and automations faster than a hire.
  • Technical founders who want a system that operates their workflows, not just writes code.

Not for

  • Total non-coders looking for no-code. This is Claude Code on real repos.
  • People who want to watch, not build. Every module ends with something you made.
  • Anyone hunting a "passive income" button. This is a skill that earns because it does real work.

Included free

🎁 The FREE 5-agent Starter Pack

The team you’ll diagnose and extend in Module 1.

🎁 The $27 Agent Config Pack — free

12 production subagents, 6 CLAUDE.md templates, the exact 5-server MCP config, and 12 token-saving prompt patterns. The paid pack, bundled.

🎁 Course-edition configs

Every artifact built in the course, downloadable, as supersets of the packs above.

🎁 30 days of community free

The $97/mo Skool, included with enrollment, so your first builds get reviewed.

$299 — or $199 founding

A single $750 Agentic Workflow Audit sets the system up for you on one stack. This course teaches you to build it yourself on every project you’ll ever touch — for $299. Hiring one mid-level dev runs $6,000–$10,000+ a month. Ship one paid build or land one automation client and it’s returned 5–30x before you finish Module 7.

Guarantee: do the work through Module 4 and post your build. If your workflow isn’t measurably better — cleaner runs, lower token spend, a team you trust — full refund within 30 days.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to be a strong coder?+
You need to be comfortable in a terminal and reading a repo. You don’t need to be senior — the system is the senior. But this isn’t no-code.
Do I need a paid Claude plan?+
You need Claude Code (Anthropic’s CLI). Model usage runs on your existing Claude/Anthropic billing. Module 2 is entirely about making that spend small.
How is this different from the free pack and the $27 pack?+
Those hand you a setup. This teaches you to build your own, run it end-to-end on real work without drift, and turn it into income. The $27 pack is included free, so you’re not double-paying.
Is it just videos?+
No. Every module ships downloadable configs and ends with a real artifact you build in your own repo, plus private community threads for teardowns and Q&A.
What’s the time commitment?+
Most students work through it in 3–5 weeks at a few hours a week — but you ship real things along the way, so the time pays itself back as you go.
Will it work on my stack?+
The agents are stack-agnostic; the CLAUDE.md templates cover the 6 most common setups (Next.js, WordPress, Node, Python, monorepo, agency/client). Adapting to others is straightforward.
What’s the $97/mo community?+
Optional, and the first 30 days are included. Monthly cohort calls, build teardowns, new configs, and the people doing this alongside you. Lifetime course access doesn’t expire if you cancel it.
Refund policy?+
Do the work through Module 4, and if your workflow isn’t measurably better, full refund within 30 days. The work is the only condition, because the work is the whole point.

Build the system. Ship real work. Sell the skill.

Keep wrestling one long chat that drifts and burns tokens — or build the system that researches, ships, and automates while you direct it, and get paid for the output.
