BC Council Votes
How each councillor voted, city by city, taken from each council’s official adopted minutes and checked by hand. Vancouver publishes its council votes as open data; these cities do not, so this is the only public per-member record for each of them. Every vote links to its minutes.

How this works
Each city posts adopted minutes on its eSCRIBE portal one to two weeks after a meeting. We extract every motion, its result and the members the minutes name as opposed, absent or recused, apply only that city’s own documented convention for members present who are not named, and a person checks every split vote before it is published. Anything the minutes text does not let us read with certainty is withheld. Each city page explains its council’s convention and offers the raw data as JSON under CC BY 4.0. Want your city added?
