Vernon web design that brings in calls, not just compliments

We build fast, custom websites for Vernon and North Okanagan businesses. Each one is set up to show up when locals search for what you do, and to turn that visit into a quote request or a booking.

Web design for the North Okanagan

Google Keyword Planner shows about 170 searches a month for "Vernon web design." That's less than half the Kelowna volume, and far fewer agencies chase it. Small number? Sure. But it cuts in your favour: fewer agencies fight for it, and a lot of Vernon business sites were built once and never touched again. The bar to beat is often low. Honestly, a fast site with real pages beats most of what ranks there today.

A few things shape how we build for Vernon businesses in particular:

  • Your customers live in more than one town. A Vernon contractor or clinic usually draws from Coldstream, Armstrong, Lumby, Enderby, and Lake Country too. People search their own town name, so the towns you serve need their own real pages.
  • Seasons swing hard. Silver Star brings winter visitors, and Kalamalka and Okanagan Lake bring summer ones. Tourism and seasonal service businesses need the right pages ranking before the rush, not in the middle of it.
  • You compete with Kelowna. Plenty of Kelowna companies list Vernon as a service area. A site that is clearly local, with Vernon reviews, photos, and job details, is how you win the customer who would rather hire close to home.
  • One clear next step. A phone number that taps to call and a short quote form on every page, not a contact page three clicks deep.

What every build includes

Built for Google from day one

Clean structure, fast pages, schema markup, a sitemap, and a page for every service you want to be found for.

Fast on phones

Most visitors find you on a phone, often on patchy mobile data up Silver Star Road or out past Lumby. We build mobile-first and keep pages light.

Forms that actually arrive

Quote and contact forms with spam protection, tested end to end, so no lead disappears into a broken inbox.

Tracking wired in

Google Analytics, Search Console, and conversion tracking set up at launch, so you know which pages and ads bring calls.

An optional lead pipeline

Every inquiry can land on a private board where you track it from new to booked. See our CRM board below.

You own everything

Domain, hosting, code, and analytics in your name. No lock-in and no hostage fees if you move on.

How a Vernon build works

1. A short call and a fixed quote

We look at your current site, the Vernon competitors showing up for your searches, and what people in the North Okanagan actually type into Google. Then we quote a fixed price with a page list and a timeline.

2. Structure before design

Every page maps to a real search: a service, a town you cover, or a question customers ask before they call. Design comes second. It serves the pages that bring in work, not the other way around.

3. Build, test, launch

You review a live preview, we test forms and tracking end to end, and we launch with the sitemap submitted to Google. We can meet in Vernon for the walkthrough if you prefer it in person.

4. Grow it

A new site doesn't rank on day one. It climbs with care. Some clients keep us on for ongoing Okanagan SEO, and some just call when they need a change. If you are in Kelowna instead, see our Kelowna web design page.

Vernon web design FAQ

Do you have an office in Vernon?▼

No. We're at 515 Francis Ave in Kelowna, about 45 minutes down Highway 97. Most of a build happens over calls and a shared preview link, but we're happy to drive up and meet you in Vernon for the kickoff or the launch review. Coffee's on us.

How much does web design cost in Vernon?▼

It depends on the number of pages, whether you need copywriting, and what has to be wired in, such as booking, quote forms, or a lead pipeline. We scope it on a short call and give you a fixed quote before any work starts, so the number doesn't creep up halfway through.

How long does a new website take?▼

Most service-business sites take three to six weeks from kickoff to launch. Content is usually the bottleneck. Photos, service details, and reviews ready to go? Then it moves fast. If you're a seasonal business, tell us when your busy season starts and we'll plan the launch so the site is live and indexed before the rush, not halfway through it.

Can my site rank in Coldstream, Armstrong, and Lumby too?▼

Yes, if you actually work there. Each town you serve gets its own page with real details about the jobs you do in that area, not a copy of the Vernon page with the name swapped out. Google tends to ignore thin copied pages. So do customers.

Will I own my website?▼

Yes. The domain, the hosting account, the code, and the analytics are in your name. If you ever move to another developer, you take everything with you. We don't hold sites hostage.
